Convenient place
This is by far the most convenient place where I have stayed in Miami, the fact that I had laundry in my house was amazing. Not to mention the comfortable bed and the location were just great.

-Pets are allowed for a $300 fee.
-Only Flush Toilet Paper in Toilets. Plumbing issues due to guest negligence results in $350 fee.
-To ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of any maintenance or cleaning requests, we kindly ask that you allow us a 24-hour timeframe to respond and provide a reasonable amount of time to rectify the reported issue. Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated as we work diligently to address any concerns and make your stay as comfortable as possible.
- Guests are expected to adhere to all house rules during their stay. Any violation of these rules may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. By booking this property, guests agree to this condition and understand the consequences of any non-compliance.
