Experience the ultimate Florida getaway! 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, with an in-ground pool (unheated). Relax by the fire pit, lounge on the poolside chairs, or unwind under the covered patio. Inside, enjoy the kitchen, central AC, and a spacious living room with 65-inch TV. Dine at our 8-seater table. Master suite offers a king bed and bath, while the other rooms provide queen beds. Note: Our garage is currently being transformed into a game room and is under construction! Parking for 3 cars.
The space
Private In-Ground Pool: Dive into our beautiful pool (unheated), perfect for refreshing swims or lounging in the Florida sun. Please note that the pool is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay.
Outdoor Amenities: Enjoy our fire pit and seating area for cozy evenings, the covered patio with comfortable seating for relaxing outdoors, and the sun loungers for those lazy afternoons by the pool. The trampoline adds a touch of fun for both kids and adults.
Indoor Comfort: You have free reign over the entire house, including the living room with its large flat-screen TV, the fully equipped kitchen for your culinary exploits, and the dining area that seats eight comfortably.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms: All three bedrooms are yours to relax in, including the master suite with its king bed and ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms and the additional full bathroom are also fully accessible to ensure everyone has their own space.
Parking: You’ll have access to parking for up to three vehicles, making it convenient for groups or families with multiple cars.
The only off-limits area is the garage, which is being transformed into a game room. We're working hard to complete this space, and it will be available soon for future visits. We appreciate your understanding and are confident that the current amenities will more than meet your needs for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Stunning property
We had a fantastic stay at this house! The property was stunning, with luxurious furnishings and plenty of space for our group to spread out. The bedrooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the bathrooms were modern and pristine. The outdoor area was a true oasis, perfect for soaking up the Miami sun. The location was also fantastic, with everything we needed just a short drive away. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Miami!

Cancellation Policy

-Only Flush Toilet Paper in Toilets.
Plumbing issues due to guest negligence results in $350 fee.

-In keeping with the unique nature of South Florida, please be aware that pests are a common occurrence in the region. Rest assured that we engage in monthly pest control measures as part of our commitment to maintaining a comfortable and clean environment for our guests. Despite these efforts, pest issues may sometimes arise. As such, we kindly ask that you promptly report any signs of pests during your stay, giving us an opportunity to resolve any potential issues. Your cooperation and understanding are appreciated in keeping our property clean, safe, and enjoyable for all.
-The pool area of our property is a highlight for many of our guests. We request all our guests, for their own safety and the safety of others, to acknowledge the following:
All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times when in the pool area.
1. The pool is not supervised, so guests swim at their own risk. We highly encourage all guests to observe and follow basic pool safety rules.
2. Do not run around the pool and please be mindful of others enjoying the pool area.
3. If any pool equipment appears damaged or unsafe, please report it to us immediately.
-To ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of any maintenance or cleaning requests, we kindly ask that you allow us a 24-hour timeframe to respond and provide a reasonable amount of time to rectify the reported issue. Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated as we work diligently to address any concerns and make your stay as comfortable as possible.
