Living Area
Upon entering, you'll find yourself in a welcoming living room, bathed in natural light and furnished with cozy sofa and a 50-inch TV. This space is ideal for lounging, socializing, or enjoying a movie night. High-speed WiFi ensures you're always connected, whether for entertainment or work.
Kitchen & Dining
Our kitchen maintains its original character while being equipped with modern appliances - a full-size fridge, stove, and oven. There's no dishwasher, but we provide a coffee maker, toaster, blender, basic cookware, utensils, and tableware for your convenience. The dining area, adjacent to living room, features a large table that comfortably seats eight, perfect for family meals or gatherings.
Bedrooms
Master Suite: A private wing of the house holds the master suite with a king-size bed and a spacious master bathroom, featuring a full-size shower, separate jacuzzi tub, dual vanity, and toilet.
Second Bedroom: Another king-size bedroom, offering a comfortable and peaceful sleeping experience.
Third Bedroom: This room contains two queen beds, suitable for both children and adults, and shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the second bedroom.
Fourth Bedroom: Located off the kitchen, it houses a full bed and has easy access to its own full bathroom with a shower.
Each bedroom is furnished to provide a restful ambiance and includes ample closet space for your belongings.
Bathrooms
In addition to the master bathroom, there are two more full bathrooms in the house. The Jack and Jill bathroom, connecting two of the bedrooms, features a double vanity, full shower, and toilet. The third bathroom, accessible from the fourth bedroom, includes all necessary amenities for your convenience.
Outdoors & Hot Tub
One of the highlights of our home is the outdoor hot tub, exclusively for your use. It accommodates up to four people, offering a private and relaxing experience under the open sky.
Laundry Facilities
For your laundry needs, we provide access to a paid washer and dryer on the property.
Long-term Tenant Units
Please note, there are four studio units on the property occupied by long-term tenants. These units are completely separate from the main house, ensuring your privacy is maintained throughout your stay.

Lovely house
Absolutely loved our stay at the Cozy 4BR/3BA house in Coral Gables! The hot tub was a wonderful touch, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The house itself felt like a home away from home, with comfortable furnishings and plenty of space for our group. The location in Coral Gables was ideal, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to all the action. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Miami!

Cancellation Policy
Strict: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
Home Rules
-No Smoking. Failure to abide results in $500 additional cleaning fee.
-Pets are allowed for a $300 fee.
-Only Flush Toilet Paper in Toilets. Plumbing issues due to guest negligence results in $350 fee.

Rest assured that we engage in monthly pest control measures as part of our commitment to maintaining a comfortable and clean environment for our guests. Despite these efforts, pest issues may sometimes arise. As such, we kindly ask that you promptly report any signs of pests during your stay, giving us an opportunity to resolve any potential issues. Your cooperation and understanding are appreciated in keeping our property clean, safe, and enjoyable for all.
