The space

Central air conditioning ensures your environment is a cool respite from the Florida warmth, and high-speed WiFi connectivity keeps you in touch with the world, or simply streaming your favorite shows with ease.
The heart of the home features a full kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, ample cabinet and counter space, and a stove. It's stocked with all the basic tools you'll need to whip up a taste of home, and a drip coffee maker to start your mornings right. Gather around the dining table that comfortably seats four, ideal for intimate dinners or planning the day's adventures.
In the full bathroom, a bathtub awaits to soak away your cares, or to prepare you for a night exploring the nearby nightlife.
While the main house is rented to separate groups, you'll have access to laundry facilities, adding convenience to your stay.
Please note that our commitment to providing guests with a memorable experience means we're currently enhancing the outdoor space. While we work on installing a new pool and revamping the area (expected to continue for the next month or so), we ask for your understanding. The construction is limited to daytime hours, ensuring your nights will be as tranquil as ever.
While we don't offer dedicated parking, the walkability of the neighborhood means your favorite destinations are just a short stroll away. Plus, this gives you the freedom to explore the city's many charms without the hassle of driving.

Clean property for 4
My experience at this apartment was exceptional. The spacious 2-bedroom layout provided ample room for my family, and the modern amenities exceeded our expectations. The building's location in Miami is unbeatable, with convenient access to dining and entertainment options. The management team was attentive and responsive, making our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommend!

-Please note construction outside the unit as we are installing a pool and revamping our exterior common space.
-Pets are allowed for a $300 fee.
-Smoking of any substance will result in $500 additional cleaning fee.
-Only Flush Toilet Paper in Toilets. Plumbing issues due to guest negligence results in $350 fee.
-To ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of any maintenance or cleaning requests, we kindly ask that you allow us a 24-hour timeframe to respond and provide a reasonable amount of time to rectify the reported issue. Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated as we work diligently to address any concerns and make your stay as comfortable as possible.
-Guests are expected to adhere to all house rules during their stay. Any violation of these rules may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. By booking this property, guests agree to this condition and understand the consequences of any non-compliance.
