Convenient apartment in Miami
The perfect blend of comfort and convenience! The studio layout is versatile and well-designed, with ample storage space and a functional kitchen. The building amenities, like the on-site laundry, make life here incredibly convenient. The management team is also attentive and responsive to any needs. Highly recommend!

-Pets are allowed for a $300 fee.
-Smoking of any substance will result in $500 additional cleaning fee.
-Only Flush Toilet Paper in Toilets. Plumbing issues due to guest negligence results in $350 fee.
-To ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of any maintenance or cleaning requests, we kindly ask that you allow us a 24-hour timeframe to respond and provide a reasonable amount of time to rectify the reported issue. Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated as we work diligently to address any concerns and make your stay as comfortable as possible.
-Guests are expected to adhere to all house rules during their stay. Any violation of these rules may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. By booking this property, guests agree to this condition and understand the consequences of any non-compliance.
