“Our group had an incredible stay at the 3BD/3BA house in Wilton Manors, Miami. The rooms were absolutely amazing, providing ample space and comfort for everyone. Rest assured that we engage in monthly pest control measures as part of our commitment to maintaining a comfortable and clean environment for our guests. Despite these efforts, pest issues may sometimes arise. As such, we kindly ask that you promptly report any signs of pests during your stay, giving us an opportunity to resolve any potential issues.
• Pool Safety: All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times when in the pool area. The pool is not supervised, so guests swim at their own risk. We highly encourage all guests to observe and follow basic pool safety rules. Do not run around the pool and please be mindful of others enjoying the pool area. If any pool equipment appears damaged or unsafe, please report it to us immediately.
• Communication: To ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of any maintenance or cleaning requests, we kindly ask that you allow us a 24-hour timeframe to respond and provide a reasonable amount of time to rectify the reported issue. Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated as we work diligently to address any concerns and make your stay as comfortable as possible.
