Guest Access

Guests will have full access to the entire house, including all amenities provided for a comfortable stay. Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Flexible arrangements can be made upon request.

Other Things to Note

• No Smoking: Failure to abide results in a $500 additional cleaning fee.
• No Parties or Loud Noise: To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
• Pets: Allowed with a $300 fee.
• Only Flush Toilet Paper in Toilets: Plumbing issues due to guest negligence result in a $350 plumbing service fee.
• Maintenance: To ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of any maintenance or cleaning requests, we kindly ask that you allow us a 24-hour timeframe to respond and provide a reasonable amount of time to rectify the reported issue. Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated as we work diligently to address any concerns and make your stay as comfortable as possible.
• Propane Tank: The propane tank is the guest's responsibility if it needs refilling. It can be swapped at the local 7-Eleven at 1500 NE 26th St.

Pool Rules: The pool area of our property is a highlight for many of our guests. We request all our guests, for their own safety and the safety of others, to acknowledge the following:

• All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times when in the pool area.
• The pool is not supervised, so guests swim at their own risk. We highly encourage all guests to observe and follow basic pool safety rules.
• Do not run around the pool and please be mindful of others enjoying the pool area.
• If any pool equipment appears damaged or unsafe, please report it to us immediately.
