- Hot Tub Is Not Available: Please note the hot tub is not accessible.
- Pets Allowed: A $300 fee applies.
- Only Flush Toilet Paper: Plumbing issues due to guest negligence result in a $350 plumbing service fee.
- Maintenance Requests: Please allow up to 24 hours for us to respond to any maintenance or cleaning issues and a reasonable time for resolution. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
- House Rules Compliance: Guests must adhere to all house rules. Violations may result in immediate reservation cancellation without refund. By booking, guests agree to this condition and understand the consequences of non-compliance.

Perfect space for 2
My stay at this Miami apartment was absolutely fantastic! The apartment itself was modern and well-equipped, with washer/dryer for added convenience. A perfect cozy space to go with your partner.
