The main living room area is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The left wing of the house houses all three bedrooms and both full bathrooms. The first bedroom offers a queen bed and a full office space, complete with a private desk and an expansive window offering a great view of the front yard. Attached is a full bathroom for added convenience.
Adjacent to the bathroom is the second bedroom, which boasts two bunk beds, each with full-size mattresses. Please note that the top bunks are rated for up to 450lbs, while the bottom bunks support up to 300lbs. We kindly ask you to be mindful of these weight restrictions for safety purposes.
The final bedroom in this wing features two comfortable queen beds and ample closet space, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Adjacent to this bedroom is the second full bathroom, ensuring that everyone has easy access to facilities.
The kitchen is separate and offers a walk-out door to the back patio, allowing for easy access to outdoor dining and entertainment. The second living room, known as the den area, features two beautiful couches and a stone fireplace. Although we kindly request that guests refrain from using the fireplace to avoid any potential issues, it serves as a stunning focal point within the space.
Outdoor Area
Step outside to the outdoor area, where you'll find ample patio space with both covered and open seating options. This provides the perfect setting for enjoying meals or simply relaxing in the fresh air. The green space is perfect for yard games and offers plenty of room for outdoor activities. As the sun sets, the hanging lights illuminate the patio, creating a warm and inviting ambiance.
Guest Access
Guests will have full access to the entire home for the duration of their stay. As a rough guide, the check-in time is at 4 pm. Let us know your arrival time in case you schedule an early check-in; we’ll do our best to have your room available. As a rough guide, the check-out time is at 10 am. If you plan a late check-out kindly let us know your departure time, we’ll do our best to satisfy your needs.

The pool area of our property is a highlight for many of our guests. We request all our guests, for their own safety and the safety of others, to acknowledge the following:

1. The pool is not supervised, so guests swim at their own risk. We highly encourage all guests to observe and follow basic pool safety rules.
2. Do not run around the pool and please be mindful of others enjoying the pool area.
3. If any pool equipment appears damaged or unsafe, please report it to us immediately.
-To ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of any maintenance or cleaning requests, we kindly ask that you allow us a 24-hour timeframe to respond and provide a reasonable amount of time to rectify the reported issue.
