-The pool area of our property is a highlight for many of our guests. We request all our guests, for their own safety and the safety of others, to acknowledge the following:
All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times when in the pool area.
1. The pool is not supervised, so guests swim at their own risk. We highly encourage all guests to observe and follow basic pool safety rules.
2. Do not run around the pool and please be mindful of others enjoying the pool area.
3. If any pool equipment appears damaged or unsafe, please report it to us immediately.
-To ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of any maintenance or cleaning requests, we kindly ask that you allow us a 24-hour timeframe to respond and provide a reasonable amount of time to rectify the reported issue.
