Guests will have full access to the entire apartment, including all amenities provided for a comfortable stay. Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Flexible arrangements can be made upon request.

- No Smoking: Failure to abide results in a $500 fee.
- Pets: Allowed with a $300 fee.
- Street Parking: Available but competitive. Street parking is free on the block, but we cannot guarantee a space available.
- Maintenance Requests: Please allow up to 24 hours for us to respond to any maintenance or cleaning issues, and a reasonable time for resolution. We appreciate your patience as we work to ensure your comfort.
- House Rules Compliance: Guests must adhere to all house rules. Violations may result in immediate reservation cancellation without refund. By booking, guests agree to this condition and understand the consequences of non-compliance.

Strict: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

No Smoking: Please don't smoke in the house. If you do, there's a $500 fee for extra cleaning.
-Pets are allowed for a $300 fee.
No Parking: It's best not to bring a car because there's no parking available.
Keypad Entry: You can use a code to get in. If you accidentally lock yourself out from the inside, you'll need to pay for a locksmith to help you get back in.
Communication and Requests: To ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of any maintenance or cleaning requests, we kindly ask that you allow us a 24-hour timeframe to respond and provide a reasonable amount of time to rectify the reported issue. Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated as we work diligently to address any concerns and make your stay as comfortable as possible.
