1. The pool is not supervised, so guests swim at their own risk. We highly encourage all guests to observe and follow basic pool safety rules.
2. Do not run around the pool and please be mindful of others enjoying the pool area.
3. If any pool equipment appears damaged or unsafe, please report it to us immediately.
-To ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of any maintenance or cleaning requests, we kindly ask that you allow us a 24-hour timeframe to respond and provide a reasonable amount of time to rectify the reported issue. Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated as we work diligently to address any concerns and make your stay as comfortable as possible.
